Quite urgent matter!!?

On April 1 2011,I had an accident.Where I fall on hill and luckily,I wear my helmet.Because I'll surely be dead by now if I didn't wear it.Since the accident,I lost the ability to coordinate fine movements.Then I usually get crucial headache when I ride my bike to school or anywhere.And I'm pretty much concern about this.What's wrong with me?Does this sound like brain injury?
