Ok i have a ps3 network problem(Real quick and expert help please)?

Ok so first off today i downloaded the map packs for escalation for the ps3 and it downloaded and it was fast. Ok so after school i finished downloading and then i gave my account info to my friend to let him get the maps and it worked for him and then i told my other friend to download them and he did and it didnt work and so i deactivated my account and it let him download but now it doesnt let me activate it again. so i told him to pause it and cancel the download and he did but it didnt work...and i told him to delet my info but it didnt work either so now i cant get the maps so i can play online....does anyone knw why this going on. or what is happening cuz im calling sony but im hold.
