I think i got a fake computer virus please help?

well it said that i got attacked by 27 viruses and then asked me to purchase a new anti viruse then i just swith user accounts and in the other account i had no viruses i scaned AVG i found nothing and the internet works fine when i try to go back to the other profile it said i was infected but why are the other profiles not infected to?
