Geometry triangle help?

Calculate the mean (arithmetic) of the vertices (x coordinates and y coordinates separately) of a triangle ABC with vertices A (-4,0) B (0,5) and C (10, -3). what does the "mean arithmetic" mean and how do i find it? Thankssss
