Club Penguin isn't showing the toolbar?

I've gotten on at different times today on different computers and even different accounts, but every time I get on, It will load and have everything but the little blue menu bar/ toolbar on the bottom of the screen. It also doesn't show other penguins names, my name, and doesn't let me play games. Is anyone else having this problem? My account is not frozen, and it isn't the computer because it worked fine yesterday. Help!
