Can someone interpret this poem for me?

In those last few lines, she is scolding people who complain about the hardships in their lives. She lived a long life, gave birth to twelve children and saw eight of them die, so she knew her share of sorrow. But she also found joy in life, and she thinks that other people should be strong enough to find joy as well.
