How long will it take to get my bank card from wycovia ?

im going to open up an account with wycovia bank today but i need to know how long will it take to get my debit card ? and im only 16 but i have a job so will i have to take my parents with me to open a student account ? & do i have to pay more for the pretty cards instead of the plain blue ones ??
