How gender-equal is your office/place of employment?

I would consider my workplace to be very equal. The company has about 300 employees. The 2 mains bosses are men, but all the istants are women. Everyone helps everyone else, and you get moved up based on your skills. Everyone takes care of their own dishes, and if you have something too heavy to lift then you get someone else to help you lift it.
