I know I may be a little too worried but I contacted FAFSA live customer service and they asked for my information such as name, birth date, and social security number to check my status. I didn't feel safe giving it to him, therefore I didn't because normally when we give out information such as those, it's through computer but a live customer service person asked for it. Should I give it to him? What other way could I have asked him to get through my account?
